- Led initiative to recruit and hire two new professionals for the firm's marketing department, including development of job description, screening and interviewing candidates and providing recommendations into the final hiring decisions.
- Worked with the executive director, human resources director, and managing partner of a Minneapolis law firm to conduct an extensive search for the firm's marketing communications manager; reviewed top 30 resumes and narrowed the candidate selection process to the five individuals interviewed; particpated in the interview process and made recommendation on the "right fit" candidate to hire. The firm is extremely pleased with the candidate selected.
- Developed a formal process for new attorney integration for a 35-attorney law firm, including both internal and external communications plans.
