- Coordinated and handled all logistics for multi-topic, multi-location seminars for a Minneapolis-based law firm. We assisted in securing continuing education credits and ensured all participants received such certification for attending these events.
- Developed and facilitated annual retreats for a 10-member law firm in the Twin Cities, focusing on strategic business planning and development as well as strategic marketing planning.
- Coordinated all aspects of law firm client exhibition at a trade show, including promotion, coordination of booth furniture/fixtures, signage, take-away materials and tactics for attendee follow-up.
- Spearheaded the development and implementation of continuing education seminar series offered by a law firm for accountants in the Twin Cities, attracting over 400 accountants to the program, of which 95% indicated they would attend future seminars. The development model is being used to develop a national program. The initiative was cosponsored by one of the largest banks and the largest payroll-processing firm in the country. As a result of the seminars, the law firm enhanced relationships with the accounting community, which has led to a number of new business opportunities for the firm.
- Helped a legal industry client develop a co-sponsored continuing education seminar series for accountants in the Twin Cities, attracting over 200 accountants to the program. The initiative was cosponsored by one of the largest banks in the Twin Cities and the largest payroll-processing firm in the country. As a result of the seminars, the law firm built relationships with local accountants, which has led to a number of new business opportunities for the firm.
