Donna M. Bennett, MA, LP

Donna is a licensed Psychologist with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. She assists Terrie Wheeler and the Professional Services Marketing team with the Your Personal Marketing Coach program.

Donna administers the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ® ) as part of Professional Services Marketing's strategic marketing assessment phase with individuals and businesses. The MBTI ® is the most widely used personality assessment in the world. Through determination of an individual's preferences on four dichotomies – Introversion/Extroversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perceiving – the MBTI ® provides a compelling picture of personality preferences and offers insight into a person's communication and relationship styles.

Additionally, Donna works with Professional Services Marketing to interpret the MBTI ® as it relates to marketing and business development, which aids in the creation of strategic marketing plans for individual clients.

Donna's career has spanned 25 years in corporate, academic, and non-profit organizations. She is a therapist, career counselor, speaker, trainer, and author, specializing in the areas of personal and professional growth and development.

Donna is frequently invited to make presentations on the subjects of work, career, and family life issues, and has been interviewed and acknowledged for her expertise by a variety of media including the StarTribune, Kare ll TV, Minnesota Public Radio, and WCCO radio. Donna’s book, When You Lose Your Job, was published by Augsburg Press in 2002. Her latest book, High-achieving Women at Mid-Career: Is Doing It All Doing You In? was published in October 2005.

Some highlights of Donna's areas of expertise include:
