Robin brings a broad range of integrated marketing and public relations skills to Professional Services Marketing. She has more than 16 years of experience working in both the consumer and business-to-business segments. She has worked in the software, consumer products and services, entertainment, government, and non-profit sectors.

Robin's strong media and public relations experience has garnered coverage in local and national media outlets. Additionally, she has a solid background in planning and executing promotional campaigns that include television, radio, newspaper, online, billboard, transportation stops, and bus wraps. A highly effective and efficient project manager, Robin has directed many large scale projects including managing clients' vendors and agencies of record.

She is a highly attentive professional skilled at managing cross-functional teams. Robin is client-focused, delivering objectives on time and within budget, and is dedicated to superior work product and exceptional client service.

As a strong project manager, Robin excels at leading cross-functional teams in ensuring all tactics are defined, implemented, and measured.

Media, Community, and Public Relations - Robin is a skilled media and public relations professional. Her experience has garnered coverage in local and national media outlets, including television, radio and print. She has served as media spokesperson and moderated numerous press conferences. Her media releases have generated interest and coverage from the following entities: ABC News, The Today Show, The New York Times, The Star Tribune, The Pioneer Press, KARE 11, WCCO-TV, KSTP, and numerous radio stations.

Promotions Management - Robin has directed both local and national advertising agencies on major campaigns. Her projects have won local advertising awards and have been featured in Advertising Age.

e-Business and e-Marketing - With more than five years of experience working within an e-Business environment, Robin has created online strategies and executed programs that are integral to an organization's marketing strategy and brand management. By using e-Business best practices and analyses, Robin has guided clients in developing highly successful electronic customer relationship marketing programs, most recently for 3M's Office Supply Division and the Post-itT brand.

Communications Management - Robin is a highly effective communications manager. By aligning an organization's communications positioning with the business strategy, she develops highly effective communications plans that drive awareness through key message development, targeted communications, and increasing name recognition and awareness.

Brand Management - Extensive experience developing and managing brand issues, Robin is skilled at leveraging brand equity and ensuring branding standards and cohesiveness. She has worked extensively in leading cross-functional teams on brand development and brand launches, both internally and externally.

Education - Robin is currently completing her Masters of Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mass Communications from Illinois State University.

She also holds a Minnesota Real Estate license.
