Marketing and Project Management

Meredith has worked in marketing for over 14 years. As a Project Manager with Professional Services Marketing, she works with clients on a wide array of projects, including:

Client satisfaction survey development and analysis – Meredith has developed client satisfaction surveys for Professional Services Marketing clients in a number of industries, including legal, banking, and real estate. She works with clients to ensure that the survey questions elicit the amount and type of information needed to make sound business and marketing decisions in the future. In addition, she works with Professional Services Marketing clients to analyze survey results and makes recommendations based on those results.

Contact management database planning – Based on her extensive experience in the marketing of professional services, Meredith knows what information is critical to collect when developing a database. She works with Professional Services Marketing clients to ensure that their data collection system is efficient and that clients can effectively store, update, and retrieve the contact information critical to the growth and development of their business.

Individual and practice group marketing – Meredith works with both individuals and practice groups in developing strategic plans that support their growth goals. Using Professional Services Marketing's unique 3-phase process, she completes an in-depth assessment of the client's current situation and goals, develops a plan to support the achievement of those goals and works with clients to implement the tactics identified in the marketing plan.

Project management – All projects, large and small, require a "point person" to coordinate the efforts of those involved and make sure no detail is overlooked. Meredith works with clients managing the implementation of all projects in the marketing plan, ensuring that everything stays on track and on time.

Promotional material development (brochures, announcements, newsletters, presentations, etc.) – From key message identification to copywriting and layout, Meredith helps clients develop strong, targeted communications for print and electronic mediums. She provides desktop publishing skills for basic pieces and works with skilled graphic designers for more complex projects.

Proposal development – Each proposal a company presents to a prospective client must demonstrate an understanding of the prospective clients needs and present unique, specifically tailored solutions. Meredith works closely with her clients to ensure that proposals are consistent with their other marketing materials and branding identity but deliver unique and client-specific messages that clearly illustrate their attention to each of their clients' specific goals and needs.

Vendor management – Meredith has extensive experience working with a variety of service providers, including graphic designers, printers, copywriters and technology providers. Because of the relationships she has developed with many service providers, she is able to assist clients in finding the most appropriate provider for their needs and manage the projects and timelines of these providers.

Website development – Meredith has worked with emerging business developing their first websites, as well as major companies launching their third-generation sites. She works with clients from the primary needs-analysis stage of website development through site map and content development and management. She also works with skilled Internet graphic designers and programmers to offer clients a full range of website services.

Prior to joining Professional Services Marketing, Meredith held marketing positions in the education, legal, and engineering industries.

Meredith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational communications and public relations from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She also received advanced training and certification in the field of educational and psychological testing, assessment and evaluation of school-age children.
