One of our favorite assignments is working one-on-one with high talent professionals like you to help you develop a marketing coaching plan for your practice.
In our coaching, we help you establish new business goals and then work with you to develop the plan you’ll follow to meet the objectives. Whether by Skype, phone or in-person, our regularly scheduled meetings will help keep you on track and on target.
Sometimes, the coaching session will include helping you sort through questions and issues not related directly to new business such as whether to open a new office, or hire additional staff, if you should bring in a new lateral hire, if “that person” would be the right partner for you, or if taking out a loan to finance cash flow or expansion makes sense for your practice. And while we don’t do “career coaching” per se, we’ve helped professionals like you sort through the questions you need to ask yourself when facing a turning point in your career or personal life.
Our coaching process has been refined over 30 years of coaching professionals to achieve the success they deserve. Our marketing coaching process involves a number of steps including:
Strategic Assessment – Just like in any business, before you start giving advice or telling clients what you think they should do, you need to step back and assess the current situation. In our marketing coaching process, we help clients understand their strengths using the Gallop Organization’s StrengthsFinder ™, as well as their Meyers Briggs-type, which measures personality preferences. We also have our own Strategic Marketing Assessment we have our clients complete, so we can smoothly move into the next phase.
Development of Coaching Plan – We develop a solid plan to help you grow your practice. We identify your objectives, audiences, messages, and create tailored tactics to help you achieve your revenue and growth goals.
Implementation – The core of our coaching program are the regular meetings we have with you. Many of our clients meet with their coach on a weekly basis. During those calls, we discuss activities in progress, your Contact Action Plan, and keep you moving ahead on your Sales Pipeline Report.
Measuring the ROI – We tell our clients if you can’t measure it, you shouldn’t do it. Before we embark on a new strategy with our coaching clients, we first determine how we will measure the success.
