Meet Jessica Dahl
Jessica Dahl brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience and corporate expertise to her role as Client Marketing Lead. With more than 20 years of experience across marketing, operations, finance, and business leadership, she understands the challenges organizations face and is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful, measurable results.
As a business owner herself, Jessica knows firsthand the importance of creating marketing strategies that align with organizational goals while making the best use of available resources. She is a thoughtful problem solver who excels at managing complex projects, building efficient processes, and creating order amid competing priorities. Dedicated to understanding each client’s unique business, Jessica enjoys translating insights into effective marketing campaigns that support growth and long-term success.
Throughout her career, Jessica has led photography and videography projects, managed databases and CRM systems, developed email marketing campaigns, overseen social media initiatives, created marketing collateral and presentations, and planned tradeshows, conferences, and events. In 2022, she co-founded a nonprofit curling club, where she successfully led marketing and public relations efforts that generated a membership waitlist and supported profitable operations in the organization’s first year.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business-to-Business Sales and a Master of Business Administration with a marketing focus from St. Catherine University. She has also completed GE Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Training and earned a Visual Management & 5S Improvement Certificate through Manufacturers Alliance.
Outside of work, Jessica and her husband enjoy life on their farm near St. Joseph, Minnesota, where they are kept busy by their two daughters and a growing collection of animals, including beef cattle, chickens, ducks, a Great Pyrenees, and a basset hound. She loves spending time outdoors, whether she’s cheering on her daughters at soccer games, tending her garden, caring for the animals, hiking local trails, or enjoying a day on the lake. During Minnesota’s colder months, Jessica can often be found restoring their century-old home or planning the family’s next adventure.
