What do your best clients have in common?

Our best coaching and outsourced marketing clients have several common traits. The first thing is that they are coach able, that they’re willing to participate in the process, they know that they want help, that they need help, and they’re really willing to actively engage in the process of marketing. Secondly, they need to be collaborative meaning they’re willing to give us feedback, give us input, answer questions. We have an audit questionnaire that we generally start with so we need them to really put some thought into the audit and assessment process that comes at the beginning of our engagement when we’re creating a strategy.

We also need them to trust us meaning maybe they’ve never done this before, but they need to trust that we have years of experience. We have a really robust team of 36 marketing experts to help support the strategy that we’re going to be engaging within our process of helping them with their marketing. So there’s a lot of different things that have to come together to really make an excellent relationship with our clients. The last thing is they need to be really fun. They need to know that this is going to be an exciting process, that marketing is not a perfect science. Sometimes you’re throwing some mud against the wall, but we have, again, so much experience and we’ve done this with so many different clients that we really come into it knowing that we are going to create an excellent experience for them.
